| AREA OF BUSINESS: | I am a Quarterlife Coach--I belive that the younger you are when you begin to identify what you really want out of life, the more years you will have to live with that sense of joy, purpose, and fulfillment. I work with clients to identify what they really want in life and how they can actually make their dreams a reality. The process is solution-focused, and as a coach, I help clients set realistic, tangible goals through action plans, moving them forward into a life of balance, fulfillment, and meaningful purpose. |

| PROFESSIONAL HISTORY: | I began pursuing life coaching after graduating from Mount Holyoke College with a degree in psychology. Feeling like the therapist path was not the right fit right for me, I chose pursue my passion for interior design. After quickly working my way up the corporate ladder of a large architecture firm in Boston, I realized that the work wasn’t quite as fulfilling as I had hoped. I had a nagging sense that there was something missing…a personal life purpose that I hadn’t quite attained. When I first read about Life Coaching as a career, it immediately resonated with me, and I knew that this was exactly what I had been searching for in the field of psychology. The first step I took was to hire my own life coach, and my intense work with him reaffirmed that I had a true passion and gift for this career. For the first time in my life, I finally felt like I had a meaningful direction that fit with the essence of who I am. I attained my Coaching Certification through The Institute for Professional Empowerment Coaching (iPEC), a school accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF), and I am a member of the ICF Los Angeles chapter, I LOVE helping others attain their own personal happiness, and I am very passionate about the coaching process. I want to bring this emerging field to other young professionals, so others may find their place in life as early as possible, just as I was able to do through the coaching process. |
